When is service scheduled?
We service the day after waste is picked up so that means leave your cans out for the following day. This is so our schedule is not affected by any garbage truck delays in route and showing up to full cans.
Are any Chemicals used?
There are No Chemicals used in our process, with extremely hot water and natural deodorizer your cans will be cleaned and smell free without use of anything to harm the environment.
How will I know when service is complete?
You will receive a text message and/or email letting you know we have completed work and cans are ready to bring back in!
How is payment handled?
You will not be billed until after service is complete, this way if there are any issues that arise you will not be charged unnecessarily. Saving a card on file will expedite payment after the job is done.
Will there be a mess left behind?
We take all the extra debris and water used with us when we leave, there is nothing left behind but a clean can!
