Garbage Can Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions
1. Service Agreement: By engaging Can Cleanse LLC for our garbage can cleaning service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Can Cleanse LLC.
2. Service Scope: Our service includes the cleaning of standard-sized residential or commercial garbage can at the designated service location. Additional cans may be cleaned upon request and may incur extra charges.
3. Service Fees: The applicable service fee is based on the number of cans cleaned and the frequency of service as agreed upon in the service contract. Payment is due in full at the time of service or as specified in the invoice provided.
4. Access and Empty Cans: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that our team has access to the garbage can(s) on the scheduled service day; The day after your garbage collection day. The can(s) must be empty and free of waste to facilitate proper cleaning. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the application of the full service fee.
5. Serviceability: If, upon arrival, the garbage can is deemed not serviceable due to damage or any other reason, the Customer will still be charged the full service fee. We will notify you of the issue and may offer recommendations for repair or replacement if necessary.
6. Full Cans: If the garbage can is full and cannot be cleaned due to overflowing waste, the full service fee will apply. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the can is emptied before the scheduled service.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Service appointments can be rescheduled or canceled without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
8. Day of Service: Your garbage can must be out at roadside just as on collection day. We will conduct cleaning the day AFTER your garbage collection day. If you have selected the incorrect day of service on the request form this may result in the application of the full service fee.
9. Liability: While we take utmost care in cleaning your garbage can, Can Cleanse LLC shall not be held liable for any damage that occurs during the cleaning process.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington state. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Snohomish County.
